What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all credit cards and debit cards

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we currently only ship within New Zealand and don’t offer international shipping at this time.

How much is shipping within New Zealand?

When you spend over $50, shipping is free anywhere in New Zealand.  If you spend under $50, shipping is a flat rate of $6 nationwide.

Can I buy less than 6 units?

No sorry, you can only buy in multiples of 6 to build your very own Graze box. You can select ANY 6 products from across the whole Graze range.

Can I buy more than 6 units?

Yes, you can.  It just needs to be in multiples of 6 i.e., 6, 12, 18 etc. Every 6 products you select creates a new box.

How do I edit the contents of my order after it is completed?

One-Off Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.  If you need to talk to the team about your order, please contact the Graze team on store@graze.co.nz

Can I edit my personal details once the order has been placed?

Yes, you can.  If you select My Account at the bottom of the homepage you can edit your address & password.

What is your return policy?

Sorry, we are unable to accept returns for our products, due to food safety regulations, but if you feel that there is something wrong with the product you received, please contact the Graze team on hi@graze.co.nz

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to process orders within 1 or 2 working days and the delivery time will depend on where you are in the country.  Please note that we don’t dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.

Where is my order?

To track your order, use the tracking number sent to you via email.  If you have any further questions regarding your order you can email the Graze team on store@graze.co.nz

What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

What should I do if I have received the wrong order or products?

Is there a discount for subscriptions?

You will receive 5% discount on all subscription orders (before shipping), this will only be applied by entering the code “subscriber” into the promo code field when the purchase in made.

How often can I get a subscription order delivered?

Subscriptions are monthly.  If you would like a delivery more frequently, please set up alternating monthly deliveries.  If you need help with this, please contact the Graze team on store@graze.co.nz

What date will my subscription order be processed?

A new subscription delivery will be sent on the same date each month (or the next working day if that falls on a weekend). The date will match your original order.

Can I change the delivery day to be a different date in the month?

The day in the month you originally purchased, will be the date your order will be placed for subsequent months.  If you want to change this date, simply cancel your existing subscription and set up a new one on the date required.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.  Go into My Account at the bottom of the home page, click into orders and select cancel.  Please note that we need at least 24 hours’ notice before the next payment is due, to cancel the order in time.

Are Graze products packed in New Zealand?

Yes!  All our Graze products are packed in NZ. We use high barrier resealable pouches to help keep our products fresh and tasty.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Once you’ve eaten your yummy snacks, all of your Graze pouches & film can be recycled through the Soft Plastics Recycling initiative. Soft Plastics collection bins are in participating stores - check out where at recycling.kiwi.nz/store-locator

Help, my product was delivered melted!

It is best if someone is home to receive your delivery. We strongly recommend that orders are not left in the sun as some of our chocolate products (Skinny Dipped, DUNX, Classic Scroggin) will melt if exposed to heat.

Storage of products after opening

Once opened, reseal and store in a cool dry place …. but not too far out of reach! Our Skinny Dipped, DUNX and chocolate budlets in our Classic Scroggin will melt if exposed to heat so please avoid direct sunlight and never leave in a hot car!
